Most up to date 2019 Army Study Guide containing subjects for most board MOI's. It contains the the exact questions word for word that the Board members will ask you when you go to the board. The App is not a multiple choice because 1SG's and CSM's will not ask you a question and then give you 4 answers for you to choose answer B or C to answer and then a board member grade your answer like you are in high school. The Army Leadership is for Leaders, not someone that can choose A,B,C or D, but who actually knows the information so that they can teach and mentor Soldiers they will be leading. Also, the App does not give you a grading by subject option because that does not happen during an actual board. As a board member, there is no grading behind the desk going on. We do not give you 70,80, or 90 Grade during the Board. It is either a "Go" or "NO GO". That decision is made based on how well "Prepared" for your board because we are looking for leaders that are will be prepared and not just studying at the last minute. And yes we look at all the subjects on the MOI and can also tell if you are not prepared by the way a Soldier will stumble through an answer. If a Soldier put the time in to Study, when a Question is asked, those that have put the time in already know what and how to answer because they recognize the Answer so they can easily give the answer to board members word for word. So usually the "GO" or "No Go" will be made fairly quickly if you are attempting to fake your answers, because you have not studied or prepared long enough for the Questions.
